Oh yes, that has not been updated after Moses started treating
alignments as included by default. Fixed it and added the -T option,
too. Thanks for the reminder.

there is a line:
-alignment-info -- include alignment info in the binary phrase table
However, in fact it should be:
-no-alignment-info -- do not include alignment info in the binary
phrase table
