So it appears that the -disable-discarding flag is honored by the HypothesisStackNormal, but ignored by ChartHypothesisCollection and HypothesisStackCubePruning. (If you're looking, grep for "discarded, too bad for stack")
Is there a reason why the this flag should not be honored by the latter two classes? Unless someone objects, I'm going to change this so that the flag is honored by all three.
