Thank you for providing the full log with your first e-mail!
I see two issues.
With regard to Main.o in the linker error, did you run out of disk
space or Ctrl+C the build? Try a rebuild by appending -a to your
command. If it happens again, run df to see if you ran out of disk space.
For ReadCompressedTest, it looks like this sequence happened:
1) Build Moses, encounter some failure.
2) Install bzip2.
3) Build Moses, encounter the bzip2 error.
Try the same thing: a clean rebuild with -a. If that doesn't solve it,
then it's my fault and I'll look into it.
