Hi James,

Try using absolute paths everywhere, instead of relative. For instance,
try "/home/james/nlp_tools/mosesdecoder/scripts/recaser/truecase.perl"
(hypothetical path) instead of
"~/mosesdecoder/scripts/recaser/truecase.perl".
