Hi James

Start off in the moses/TranslationModel subdirectory of the source tree. 
PhraseDictionary.h contains the abstract base class,
with PhraseDictionaryMemory and PhraseDictionaryTreeAdaptor the two main 
implementations used in phrase-based Moses,
