you can change the toolset on the command line by doing
    ./bjam toolset=intel-linux .....
I'm interested to know if you moses compiles with icc out-of-the-box or 
if there's any changes that needs to be made. How much 
faster/small/better is it?

I don't know how to add the -mmic flag
