I'm trying to tune hiero model in moses with this command:
nohup nice ~/mosesdecoderCode/scripts/training/mert-moses.pl
~/datasets/m-tune.en ~/datasets/m-tune.fa \

input-factor=0 output-factor=0
the tuning step raise this error up:

Is a directory in

reading 6 bytes in file

is there anything wrong with this commands?
