Hi guys,
In order to install mgizza aligner after doing the "cmake" step, I run the
"make" and this error message appeared:
~/boost_1_55_0/lib64/libboost_thread.a(thread.o): In function
`boost::this_thread::hiden::sleep_for(timespec
const&)':thread.cpp:(.text+0xed8): undefined reference to `clock_gettime'
Could you please help me in order to solve this problem?
