Firstly that's out-of-date, SRILM is no longer the default (I think).
And secondly, you can use one of the other LM toolkits anyway,

What do you mean by "use Moses commercially"?
Moses is licensed under LGPL, and many types of commercial usage are
allowed under this license. For instance you can run a server based on
Moses, or distribute unmodified versions of Moses, perhaps accompanied
by proprietary software.
There are also many companies that provide services around Moses, or
offer commercial add-ons. If you explain what it is you want to do,
then you are more likely to find someone who can help.
