from your previous mails i gather that you were having an issue of loading
translation model in the memory everytime you sent a fresh set of input
sentences.
so to resolve this you need to run you phrase and reordering table from disk.
Have you seen the manual for this or as suggested by anoop if you can run a
moses server then also might be able to solve the problem
