Dude, please don't spam the Moses mailing list with duplicate emails.
To answer your question - look at the IRSTLM entry in
moses/LM/Jamfile
Try and replicate it.
When you compile with bjam, add the argument
.../bjam -d2
so you can see exactly what command is being executed.
