Nicholas, We updated MGIZA++ in the Moses github repository with changes to support cross-platform operation on Windows. These were not intended to be only for Windows users and should not affect OSX or Linux. If you ran across some problems with the updates, please work with Jeroen so it works properly on all platforms.
