We've had a pretty successful last 18 months, raising private investment and winning a number of big projects, and the plan is to continue that in 2016. We're currently around a dozen people and we're looking to add to that significantly over the next few months. We're a mix of MT specialists, developers, and linguists, and one key area where we're looking to add people is on the MT / language technology side.
