it looks like the unit test failed to compile but the executables you
need have compiled. If you see programs like 'moses' in the bin
directory, I would ignore these errors.
i'm not sure why is happens, something to do with static and dynamic
libraries

getting errors about missing pyconfig.h.
But I'm still getting errors with Moses. I used this
command: /usr/local/bin/bjam
--with-boost=/Users/ballingerj/cscomp-ballingerj/mosesdecoder/build/boost/boost_1_59_0/
toolset=clang
