i see you possible issues:
1. You need to tell bjam where the boost you created is, eg.
./bjam -j 3 --with-boost=/home/hieu/workspace/boost/boost_1_59_0
2. There's strange messages in the file you sent us.
file not recognized: File truncated
Check you haven't run out of disk space
