Hello, I have been trying to set-up for incremental training [1], but fail on the preparation of compiling modified GIZA++, which apparently returns errors on xmlrpc-c library inclusion calls (doesn't find xmlrplc-c/base.hpp and others). I have tried setting it up on Ubuntu 14.04 and 16.04 with xmlrpc packages: libxmlrpc-core-c3; libxmlrpc-c++
I've also tried compiling several xmlrpc-c versions and then using them without any luck. The primary question is: is it still possible to set-up for incremental training, if yes - how?
