Hello Philipp, I don't know what you mean but I found this command in the filterphrases.out: To run the decoder, please call: moses -f /home/sara/raw_exp/mert-work/filtered/moses.ini -i /home/sara/raw_exp/mert-work/filtered/input.26879 I have a problem that mert-moses.pl fails (for a reason that I don't know) to write any translation in the run1.best100.out file, and another weird thing in the mert.out first few lines it tells me for all the lines in the first run that NO BEST TRANSLATION found, for example: Line 29: Initialize search took 0.001 seconds total Line 29: Collecting options took 0.002 seconds at moses/Manager.cpp Line 141 NO BEST TRANSLATION -- *Regards,* *Sara Ebrahim*
