there's now a feature function
ConstrainedDecoding
which has some parameters so that there can be some unmatched words.
You can change it to another approximate matching. Basically, if the
feature function returns -infinity, the hypothesis will be deleted
immediately

A long time ago I worked on constrained (or forced) decoding in Moses,
where in addition to a source sentence you also give the desired
target sentence. My implementation only would return exact matches.
Has anyone worked on this feature since then, enabling approximate
matching?
