Wanted to let everyone know I've gotten past my issues. The 2.x moses didn't mind sentences ending in <wall/>, but 3.x disapproves and crashes out. My multithread issue was just my test data causing crashes before the "top" refresh rate let me see multiple threads bumping the cpu utilization up. Moses2 is dramatically faster!
I am getting significantly (~20%) lower bleu scores than with 2.x but I have a lot of testing before I will know why. Thanks!
