it seems that i have the same error. But I want to ask, all the above I have to run from my new experiment directory? not from the /home/despina/mosesdecoder/scripts/ems/? So the files experiment.perl, config and config.toy must be in the new directory that I created (home/despina/working/experiments)? Oh, I'm confused.
