Not usually. If you are new to machine translation, you should perhaps
do a little more background reading. I recommend this book

2. Does repetition have influences on translation negatively? I mean
for example you have 2 sentences, which should be translated to each
other. Both have some words in common. (Not just these two sentences,
all my training set)
