Hello! Moses2 takes up to 7 seconds to start while Moses takes only 0.00x
Is this normal? ---- The reason why I am considering this is I am thinking if it is better to keep moses running and waiting for translation requests or to start it only if there is a required translation because the former case will require to first make sure it is running (just in case the server might get restarted). If I have to make this with code, the check will take time as well - maybe it would be better to schedule a periodic check or to make it start with the server. I wonder what others do.
