Hi,all:
I have found mosquitto can not be used under windows2003 and xp , sometimes
the mosquitto windows service cannot start . some machine can start service ,
but when I test mosquitto with
mosquitto_pub/mosquitto_sub command , "GetTickCount64 could not be located in
the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll " error occurs.
any help will be appreciated :D
