Hi.

Inside motion.conf or thread.conf we can specify defauld name for files.

E.g.

Hi.

Inside motion.conf or thread.conf we can specify default target folder.

E.g.

target_dir /home/motion/tmp

But then all pictures from all webcams will be saved into the same folder.

Is it possible to define somehow, if you have threads:

room1.conf
room2.conf
room3.conf

that

target_dir /home/motion/tmp-*%confname* ?

where *%confname* is the name of conf file name, where this target_dir
variable is used?

In such case files could be stored:

- for *room1*.conf this sentence /home/motion/tmp-*%confname* is translated
as /home/motion/*tmp-room1*
- for *room2*.conf this sentence /home/motion/tmp-*%confname* is translated
as /home/motion/*tmp-room2*
- for *room3*.conf this sentence /home/motion/tmp-*%confname* is translated
as /home/motion/*tmp-room3*

Possible ?

Best regards
Mariusz
