In the interim, when users are looking for documentation on Motion, lets 
reference:

A abbreviated explanations of the configuration options and install 
instructions can be found within the motion-dist.conf and INSTALL files 
respectively.  A more exhaustive explanation of the motion application 
including configuration, building instructions as well as other helpful 
information can be found within the motion_guide.html file that is 
included with the source code.
