The pre-capture causing the video playback to go fast should have been
fixed by this commit:
https://github.com/Motion-Project/motion/pull/275/commits/a838d0527e2ad2c732069d4097915a23b1e4257e
I can't find any recent commits that address fast playback issue.
The version that I've tested already includes the pre-capture fix
mentioned above, and I've got my pre-capture set to 1, so there's
something else causing this. Post capture?
Anyway, I'm going to hack around the code that deals with the movie
PTS and see what happens. In the mean time, it would be awesome if
anyone can give me more info on this issue.
