sure i can do that. i have been through it several times and really dont
know what the deal is. i know it ignores the folders i designated and just
writes to the motion directory i made in dropbox, but not the subfolders i
tried to create. so it is not the first time the program has deliberately
ignored the config script. it worked in spite of that before but this is
ridiculous now.
BTW i have not changed the config at all after this problem started. it is
the same way it was when i finally figured out how to get it working the
first time.

BTW i also added the thread config files into their appropriate subfolder
and it has no effect on anything, so the camera ID problem has to be solved
first.
