I have copied, renamed and edited the config files for 2 cameras I have edited the motion.conf to tell it about the 2 new .conf files I have port forwarded 8081 and 8082 (then 8083 as I thought maybe something else was getting 8082) I have had to chmod /var/log/motion/motion.log as it couldn?t write to it I have had to chmod /var/run/motion/motion.pid as it couldn?t write to it I have checked /dev/vid* and both cameras are showing (/dev/video0 and /dev/video1) Errors were showing as cannot write to file, permission denied (see above) and also something about ipv4 address already in use?
