I have an Ubuntu system running Motion and Plex Media Server.? I want
Motion to access the web camera attached to the computer.? I have a
WinTV-HVR-22XX tuner card in the machine for use with Plex to record
over the air programs.? However, when I reboot the system it appears
that Motion is grabbing the card before Plex does rendering it
unavailable to Plex.? If I stop Motion, Plex can grab the card.
Is there some setting in the configuration files for Motion I can change
to tell it to leave the tuner alone?
