I get literally hundreds of movies every night of spider webs in front
of my cameras. I guess they are attracted to the infrared light from the
illuminator ring.? Does anyone have any suggestions on how to prevent
them from building webs in front of the cameras?? I don't see an
/ignore-spider-webs/ setting in the configuration. :-)

Use either peppermint, *tea tree*, citrus, lavender or neem essential *oil*,
as these *oils* are proven to repel *spiders*. Try to use a glass *spray*
bottle, as essential *oils* can sometimes react with plastic.

Another technique is to use a separate infra-red illuminator, placed some
distance from the camera.? The bugs and hence the spiders will be attracted to
the light and mostly stay away from the camera.? Don't put the IR light too far
from the camera, or you will start to get deep shadows in the picture.

Greetings,

What PoE+ cameras will work with motion, please? I've been using some
Logitech USB cameras for the past half-decade and would like to upgrade
to some IP PoE+ cameras.

Thank you for your replies.
