i added all height/width correctly and CPU usage seems to have decreased
some.

Can you point to some resources on how to tune the motion detection? I
have some cameras which are always recording and others which never do...

In particular, one always records when it's dark (it's not an IR
camera), and this baffles me... maybe just background noise triggering
the motion? is it possible?
