Generally, if a maintainer of a project, such as tosiara, claims to
have built something and it works then I would give them the benefit of
the doubt. Thus I would feel the onus is on you, not them, to do
further testing if you wish to disprove it.

As above, but since you haven't presumably tried the compatibility
library, it's difficult to see why you would expect the same results?

The comment about autotools was from somebody different and somewhat
orthogonal to this discussion, so I'm not sure it's relevant?

All my queries were successfully executed, I see records in my test table
Will attach the configure output to the ticket in github as mail list does
not allow me send it out
I used latest 2019-04-08-raspbian-stretch-lite.zip for my test
