There are a lot of parameters in your _cam03.conf configuration file
that I don't recognize, such as "active", "storage", "parking", etc.?
There are also problems in vn2-pb.conf (why not use the default name
motion.conf?), such as "videodevice" is enabled but has no value,
text_scale should be numeric, etc.
You also have netcam_use_tcp off, you can try turning it on to see if
that helps.? But what I recommend is that you get a fresh distribution
config file, make *only* the changes necessary to record your camera,
and see if that works.? If it does, make other customizations to that
file one or two at a time and see where it goes wonky.? Good luck.
