I would only use it, when my own cat is locked in. Then, every thing
that comes from outside must be an enemy.

Of course its the same ethical problem as with every autonomous weapon
system: Can I be shure to distinguish friend from enemy?

I would solve this problem in a different way: cat's collar with ESP on it.

Subject: [Motion-user] Provisio-ISR RTSP "connection reset by peer"

Hi,

I hope this is the right place to ask this question. If not, please refer
me to the right place.

I searched the forum for this error and haven't found any relevant post,
but on the other hand it's a huge board, I hope I haven't missed
anything....

I have 4 cameras of Provision-ISR broadcasting over RTSP and 1 Foscam
camera using HTTP.
I have just installed MotionEye on Ubuntu 16.
Defined the Foscam camera successfully.
But getting the error "Connection reset by peer" when trying to define the
Provision-ISR cameras.
What can I do to resolve the situation?

I have all 5 connected and broadcasting correctly to my "HomeAssistant"
server as well as to an app on my android - "IP Cam Viewer".

more info:
1. the url I'm using on HomeAssistant looks like this: rtsp://[user]:[pass]@
192.168.2.14:13926/profile1
2. on IP Cam Viewer, the camera make is defined as "Cohu"
3. On MotionEye I separated the user/pass from the url so it became rtsp://
192.168.2.14:13926/profile1 and I set the user/pass on their correspondent
fields.

Ay help will be very appreciated.

Thanks,

Alon
