Hi all,

Might be completely out of topic but I will try it here. There is a problem
with videos on iphone / ipad. Mp4 videos produced by my cameras does not
match apple requirements for videos.

https://www.videoproc.com/iphone-video-processing/iphone-supported-video-formats.htm

According to the link, supported video formats starts with 30 fps, but my
cameras makes only 25 fps. Such video with low fps does not work on iphone
completely. You can see preview when you open it, you can even move forward
and backwards but there is just black pic instead of video.

Is there anyone who solved this? Or possibly know / can suggest how to
solve it?

/ Ruslan

No sure what you mean by iPhone, is it a default media player app or
browser?
I can watch 5fps and any other fps recorded MP4 on Android Firefox without
any issues

It is possible to add a script that changes the fps of files.
