I should have just started from scratch and not have just used my configs
from 4.0, which were wrong even back then.
I would not have been so easily fooled if the error was consistent. The
word "value" was ignored with the HTTP
 configs and only generated the error on the only RTSP  that I had.

Bottom line is thanks for the help. All is well now.
