been going through some disk storage with a lot of cloud activity here ....

so am trying an

alternative which I'm testing now factors in 3 things

general formula (although I know of 1 edge condition but for sake of 
common understanding)

if labeling active

then if labels exceeds trigger

or if labels * threshold? + highest cluster pixels? > percentage of image
