This is result of decoding issues. Increase logging to see if ffmpeg throws
something

Thats a lot. How much CPU is used? It maybe a resource issue when ffmpeg
library is not able to decode all the frames
You can try to configure your camera to have shorter Key-Frame intervals.
Or leave only one camera to run for the whole day or two to see if it is
reqource related
If rtsp camera is wireless - it may also affect decoding issues
