Are these cams pointing out the window, and if so, is the camera in full
sunlight?   Are some of the cams hotter than the others?   A lot of the
issues with electronics I have seen is less that good testing across the
operational temperature ran and so the device gets a bit too hot and act
badly.   I have seen ethernet chipsets randomly lose link and reconnect,
and heat sinks and/or a fan fixed it.   So if it is getting a bit too hot
it could act up in just about any way.    So are the cameras that act up
warmer (or in full sun), and what is your elevation?  (5000 ft elevation
air is about 80%  as good at cooling, so a marginal cooling design will be
much worse there), and often no one really does decent testing around
temperature.
