I'm building motion-project on Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS and the compilation 
error occurs with...

make[2]: *** No rule to make target 'doc/COPYING', needed by 'all-am'. 
Stop.

Hello,

waiting to deepen the webcontrol parameters, I let you know that I have the
connection strings of 4 cameras:
a) Elvox 46237.036 (a rebranded chinese product)
b) an unknown IpCam from Hangzou Kuoheng
c) Reolink RCL-410 Poe
d) Leovin Poe;
the strings are for high and low resolution.

I'll make them available, if useful, but I don't know how to do it (perhaps
the solution might be simply writing them in a post?)
