Ah, now I understand! I tried that initially with my Rpi Zero W cams but 
running Motion overloaded them so I resorted to feeding each with 
mjpeg-streamer to a central box running Motion. And 3 of my cams are 
Reolinks so there is no option to run Motion on them at all.
