The first part of that is a standard Latin text used to act as a
placeholder for some text that hasn't been decided yet. See e.g.

The later part has one or two spelling errors and seems not to be
standard.
The first line turns up on a foscam page in google results searching
for foscam together with the text. So maybe the foscam is producing it
somehow.

Thanks, that makes sense, looks like TP link do it as well. As the video files
are moved on to another computer,the easiest solution is to run from cron just
before rsync is used transfer the vids,to delete all files below a given size
