Hi,
I've got a text string in the top left hand corner, which I need to
change
in my .conf file for that cam
# Text to be overlayed in the lower left corner of images
text_left
# Text to be overlayed in the lower right corner of images.
text_right Camera1n%Y-%m-%d\n%T-%q
Strangely there is no text in the lower right corner
only the top left corner ,
date,time
[an old camera name]
I would like to change that camera name
Its a Foscam camera , and I've tried in the foscam app without success
What have I manage to screw up ????

Its not a Motion thing is a Foscam thing
You cant just change the camera name, you have to turn off the camera
name display, before it can be changed, all the other parms can be
changed on the hoof, but not the camera name, PITA !!

The upper left is not controlled by motion.
