So, I tested a drop-in replacement of libjpeg.so.62.3.0

On a low power ARM board with two cameras encoding 1fps live stream:

CPU has grown from 66% to 140%
Network has dropped from 330KB/s to 300KB/s
Visually I didn't notice any difference in picture as stream uses
pretty low quality default value of 50.

Personally, I don't see any value in switching to that library.
