This morning Leslie Marcus and I went to Lake Byllesby in Dakota Co, and saw our first shorebird of the season. We enjoyed 1 Lesser Yellowlegs wandering around bobbing away actively feeding on the mud flats. We were very excited to see our first arrival of the season, and enjoyed it immensely. Hurray it's finally begun!!!
