Birding Friends- I am forwarding this information in hopes that some of you will want to attend this meeting and express your viewpoints on the OHV (off highway vehicle) bill. MOU members have been working with various groups throughout the state to try and find compromise on OHV issues. Unregulated OHV use does certainly have the potential to cause substantial habitat degredation. There are (many) more birders in Minnesota than OHV enthusiasts. It would be nice if our voices were as loud. And of course, it is our obligation (in my humble opinion) to speak for those creatures whose voices are not human.
