This evening I found Nelson's Sharp-tailed Sparrows in two locations in Two Harbors, Lake County. One was in the small grassy field on the west side of First Street, two blocks south of Highway 61, across the road from Burlington Bay (there was also one in this same spot two years ago, and I've had LeConte's here each of the last three autumns). The other was downtown in the grassy area between the large black locomotive and the Edna G. tugboat.
