Thank-you Paul Budde for your vigilant watch, and expertise of Gulls on Lake
Calhoun in Minneapolis, Hennepin Co and keeping us all posted. There were 5 of
us down there on the western shore this evening watching, when the Lesser
Black-backed Gull made its grand entrance at 6:10. The light was excellent,
and that Lesser Black-backed stood out really well before it even hit the water.

There were 4 Common Loons, 7 Pied-billed Grebes, Northern Shoveler,
Ring-necked, and Rudy Ducks, and 230+ American Coots.
