I know this is becoming a regular event, but I thought I'd mention that there were 2 Surf, 2 White-winged, and 1 Black Scoters on the bayside of Park Point, just before you come to the actual park and just after the rowing club. As well, there was still one Lapland Longspur amongst a flock of Snow Buntings down there.
