This morning (Sunday) at far west end of lake (very windy and light rain): White-rumped Sandpiper (1) Pectoral Sp (1) Semi-palmated Plover (20+) Least Sp (20+) Both yellowlegs
Hundreds of Lapland Longspurs just north of lake on Hi 56 by new church. Also 100's at marsh on Hi 47 and Goodwin Ave. Most interesting was a lone female Greater Scaup at 140th marsh. Very worn plumage and showing prominent white patch behind eye as shown in Sibley. Jim Mattsson Eagan
